We at Biorhythm focus on services that help you heal without any surgeries and help you lead a happier life. Biorhythm began its journey in 2008 under the brilliant guidance of founder, Nital Raval.

Nital Raval started getting high demands for quality exercise regimens and Yoga Programs, and that’s how Biorhythm spread its wings. With this goal, she established her studio in the well known residential areas of Pune – Pimpale Saudagar, Baner, and Aundh. The Aundh studio is fully equipped and India’s first of its kind Aerial Yoga training institute.

Traditional Yoga techniques, handed down by our ancient scriptures, focus on energising and rejuvenating the entire body. Some of its main benefits include :

What are Biorhythm's class timings?

Biorhythm runs classes Monday to Saturday in two blocks: mornings from 6:00 AM, with the last morning class ending at 11:30 AM, and an evening class from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The full grid of which class runs on which day is published on the schedule page.
